The TNC LOP Buck Tag Raffle 2016 is made possible by a generous donation from The Nature Conservancy; proceeds will benefit Wallowa County Sheriff’s Search & Rescue. In 2016, there will be 2 LOP buck hunters with access to the 33,000 acre Zumwalt Prairie Preserve. Each LOP tag holder is entitled to a 3-day guided hunt. Hunters must be accompanied by the guide at all times. Hunters are responsible for the costs of their hunting license, tag fee and tip for the guide should they choose to give one. Hunters are allowed to bring up to 2 guests with them during their hunt. The property contains steep slopes and can be physically challenging to hunt successfully. There is no vehicle traffic off established roads. Harvested animals must be packed to an established road.
